Shipping Methods

We use trusted New Zealand courier services for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will receive a shipping quote as part of your order confirmation.

Processing Times

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Special orders: Lead times vary. We will advise you of expected delivery timeframes when confirming your order.

Delivery Times

• Auckland metro: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of North Island: 2–3 business days from dispatch.
• South Island: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Rural areas: May require an additional 1–2 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
