Returns & Warranty
Consumer Guarantees Act
All products sold by SPRO come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Manufacturer Warranty
As an authorised distributor, all products we sell carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer โ please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us for details.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@spro.co.nz or call (09) 837 5020 with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We will assess the claim and advise on the next steps, which may include returning the product to us for inspection.
- If the product is confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with your consumer rights.
Returns
- Faulty products: May be returned at any time within the warranty period. We cover return shipping costs for confirmed faults.
- Change of mind: We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Damaged in transit: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
How to Return a Product
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Returns should be sent to:

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
